Clinical and Institutional Area

Integral regulation for teams that care and perform

GRTI is the area of Complete Union dedicated to designing integral regulation programs for hospitals, health teams, organizations and groups under sustained demand. It integrates clinical qigong, breathing, movement, manual therapy and somatic education, with objectives, indicators and follow-up agreed with each institution.

Helping the caregiver. Those who care work in permanent contact with pain, urgency, responsibility and uncertainty. The professional's body registers that burden: restricted breathing, tension in the neck and back, difficulty resting, irritability, fatigue and a reduced capacity to be present. Understanding stress intellectually is not always enough — the organism must also be offered a concrete experience of recovery.

The program proposes brief, understandable practices that can be applied within the reality of work. It does not require adopting a philosophy or becoming a practitioner of a discipline: it teaches resources for recognizing early signs of overload, releasing tension, reorganizing breathing, recovering support and returning to the task with greater availability. The objectives are agreed with the institution and can be observed through scales of stress, pain, sleep quality and team climate.

Programs can begin with an assessment or a pilot experience and then develop into more continuous formats — always adapted to the commitment, needs and real possibilities of each organization. GRTI does not replace occupational medicine, institutional psychology or existing clinical protocols: it integrates with them, and offers practices that participants can learn, evaluate and use autonomously.

Clinical advisory

Dr. Antoni Far i Ferrer

Psychiatrist and medical director of the DART at the Hospital Transfronterizo de la Cerdanya. He collaborates with Complete Union as clinical advisor to GRTI, taking part in the design, implementation and evaluation of proposals for health professionals, patients, teams and institutions.

Together with Dr. Far we develop proposals for hospitals, medical teams, health professionals, therapeutic groups and organizations: programs that combine clinical qigong, Taoist meditation, somatic practices and regulation work, adapted to the institutional framework and to the objectives of each team.
