Taoist School The Complete Union

Taoist School of The Complete Union

Like water, the teaching finds its way

Ancient practices of self-knowledge. Classes, workshops and retreats grounded in Taoist philosophy to cultivate the balance between body, mind and emotion.

Descend

The spirit of the school

A school of questions, not of answers

Taoist philosophy does not hand down absolute answers: its work is to ask questions, and to make sure they are the right ones. Here "I don't know" is not an enemy to defeat — it is a friend. We call it the state of learning.

Does life have any meaning?
What happens when we dream?
What is the spirit?

We do not come to answer them for you. The school's practices are ways of holding these questions open, with the body and not only with the head, and letting life — the true master — bring the answers that serve each person.

Our method

Three essential principles

All our work aims to help you know and develop the principles of the Tao, with activities that adapt to your possibilities and respect your natural process of learning.

Harmony with nature

Body and energy unite with their surroundings into a single, harmonious whole.

Unity of body, mind and spirit

The complete being, worked in depth across all its facets.

Action emptied of ego

To act without forcing: the action that flows like water finds its course.
