Taoist sexuality

The sexual body can be a space of sensitivity, presence, breathing and listening. The practice allows one to observe how personal history, fear, pleasure, trust, control, shame and the capacity to meet another person without turning them into an object all come into play. From this perspective, sexuality is not separated from meditation or from affective life.

Its potentially reparative dimension does not mean that it by itself heals psychological wounds, relationship conflicts or illnesses. It means that, within a safe framework, it can contribute to the recovery of contact, perception, autonomy and the capacity to receive and offer care. When there is trauma, pain, violence, compulsion or persistent suffering, the practice must be articulated with the corresponding medical, psychological or sexological care.

Consent is not an initial formality but a living process that can be revisited at any moment.

Respect includes recognizing limits, differences of desire, personal rhythms and the right to stop an experience without having to justify oneself. Care also demands clear frameworks, confidentiality and the absence of pressures derived from teaching authority.

The school will progressively address the bedchamber arts, feminine and masculine alchemy, breathing, shared meditation, the regulation of pleasure and the relationship between intimacy and consciousness. Part of the content will be public and part will be reserved for spaces of direct transmission.
